AOP Vacqueyras Red 2022

Grape variety: 60% Grenache 25% Syrah 15% Mourvedre

Characteristics: strong red, intense bouquet of cooked fruits, blond tobacco accompanied by sweet spices (cinnamon) and some notes of fur. On the palate, the attack is round with a nice feeling of fat evolving into aromas of black fruits, coffee and spices. The finish is warm and has a nice freshness with silky tannins.

Harvest: Manual harvest in 30kg crates, sorted manually on a sorting table and destemmed.

Vinification: Traditional, thermo-regulated, Pigeade and rack and release.

Aging: 9 months in barrels
