Name: natural sweet wine Grape variety: muscat à petits grains
Characteristics: a bright, light gold wine with golden highlights. The complex aromatic palette combines pear with rose water and exotic fruits. Drink young and always very fresh (around 7°)
To enjoy: as an aperitif, with melon, foie gras, fruit-based desserts, strawberry soup, oriental pastries, Fourme d'Ambert, dark chocolate.
Soil cultivation: sustainable cultivation for over 30 years; mechanically controlled grassing (hoe).
Vinification: manual harvest in crates, then sorted on a sorting table and destemmed.
