Grape variety: 60% Grenache 40% Syrah

Characteristics: deep red, intense bouquet of red and black fruits, garrigue and spices.

With an intense aromatic expression, the freshness linked to a high-altitude terroir gives this wine a remarkable balance and real aging potential.

Harvest: Manual harvest in 30kg crates, sorted manually on a sorting table and destemmed.

Vinification: Traditional, thermo-regulated, punching down and rack and return. Aged for 9 months in vats.

Aging: 8 to 12 years.

Accompaniment: red meats, game, cheeses, chocolate desserts.
